• At least 3 years’ experience in relevant field, preferably in hotel or food service management

• Females are encouraged to apply

• Prior experience as a barista will be an added advantage

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team

• Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection

• Good written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English

• Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently

Job Context

• The Food & Beverage Assistant– Café is responsible for ensuring smooth and professional operation of the Passion Café and related food & beverage services. This includes maintaining hygiene, quality, and service standards while delivering timely beverage and meal support to employees, management, buyers, and guests. The position supports daily café operations, official meetings, buyer visits, and special events, while ensuring cleanliness, stock control, food safety compliance, and a high standard of hospitality across café, showroom, and guest house facilities.

Job Responsibilities

Passion Café Operations:

• Ensure the café opens on time and is fully ready for service.

• Keep the café clean, organized, and presentable always.

• Follow daily hygiene and quality checklists strictly.

• Maintain stock and documentation.

• Serve tea, coffee, and beverages to team, buyers and top management with professionalism.

• Maintain professional behavior, service etiquette, and confidentiality.

• Prepare beverages with high quality and proper presentation.

• Prepare lunch set up for the buyers and management team.

• Ensure timely replenishment of café and pantry items.

• Support beverage service during buyer visits and official meetings.

• Maintain professional behavior, discretion, and service etiquette.

• Coordinate with support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Food Safety & Hygiene Maintenance

• Strictly follow personal hygiene/grooming guidelines (i.e. wearing hair net, apron, gloves, trimming nails etc.)

• Perform proper cleaning of appliances and cutleries to ensure a high level of cleanliness

• Customer/Event Entertainment Arrangements

• Perform proper cleaning of Showroom food counter area, all F&B appliances and cutleries

• Check and refill coffee machine and water tanks

• Serve tea & coffee to all internal and external guests

• Check buyers schedule daily/weekly in order to prepare accordingly

• Provide refreshments and lunch during buyer meetings in office

• Perform rooftop gardening & assist in preparing food/beverage arrangements for hosting customer entertainment or other events

Guest House F&B Maintenance:

• Provide F&B support at guest residence as and when required
