• Strong experience in Firebase, REST API, and third-party SDK integration.

• Solid knowledge of state management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, GetX).

• Experience in app deployment to Play Store and App Store.

• Proficiency in Git version control.

• Prior experience in a team lead or leadership role is mandatory.

• Ability to guide juniors, assign tasks, and ensure delivery timelines.

• Develop high-performance mobile apps using Flutter for both Android and iOS.

• Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, Google Maps, QR Scanner, and SDKs (e.g., bKash, SSLCommerz).

• Design responsive, modern UI/UX and implement user-friendly interfaces.

• Manage version control using Git and handle Play Store/App Store deployments.

• Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams for smooth project delivery.

• Identify bugs and performance bottlenecks; ensure continuous optimization.

• Lead the app development team, guide junior developers, and review code quality.
