Additional Requirements:
Strong experience in Firebase, REST API, and third-party SDK integration.
Solid knowledge of state management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, GetX).
Experience in app deployment to Play Store and App Store.
Proficiency in Git version control.
Prior experience in a team lead or leadership role is mandatory.
Ability to guide juniors, assign tasks, and ensure delivery timelines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop high-performance mobile apps using Flutter for both Android and iOS.
Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, Google Maps, QR Scanner, and SDKs (e.g., bKash, SSLCommerz).
Design responsive, modern UI/UX and implement user-friendly interfaces.
Manage version control using Git and handle Play Store/App Store deployments.
Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams for smooth project delivery.
Identify bugs and performance bottlenecks; ensure continuous optimization.
Lead the app development team, guide junior developers, and review code quality.
