∎ Analytical abilities, creativity, innovative ideas.

∎ Knowledge on printing quality of wood items.

∎ Oriental Eco Woods Ltd is a leading wood composite product manufacturer in Bangladesh. Oriental Ecowoods Ltd. is looking an honest, energetic and punctual Floor/ Production Supervisor who has at least 5 years practical work experiences in factory environment with the following skills.
∎ Candidates will get the Extra Priority, If they have practical experiences in the door or board industry.
∎
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor overall work process of factory from order receiving to product delivery effectively and efficiently & ensure the product quality by implementing corrective & preventive action along with root cause analysis.
∎ Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to ensure efficient utilization of resources and timely delivery of products.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as production, procurement, distribution, sales and align production plans with overall business objectives.
∎ Monitoring overall production performance such as production output, cycle time, on-time delivery, and efficiency. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance operational performance.
∎ Lead in allocating resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to meet production schedules.
∎ Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
∎ To meet the daily, weekly and monthly production target with standard quality.
∎ Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline production processes.
∎ Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production schedules.
∎ Supervise operators and helpers to meet production activities and Identify problems of production and suggest tentative solutions to line manager or management.
∎ Maintain the maintenance of the machine as per schedule and ensure daily machine cleaning after the production of each shift.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
