Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree will given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor and control all production processes in the sewing and finishing section.
∎ To monitor production target every hour of a day.
∎ Report to COO about daily & total production status according to order and style.
∎ To distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work and keep the connection with the respective department.
∎ To check to lay out a plan in order to achieve maximum production.
∎ To keep close eyes for achieving production target in order to implement the production schedule.
∎ To keep the responsible area neat, clean and in hygienic condition.
∎ To follow the principle of cost-minimizing.
∎ Implement modern production techniques like lean manufacturing to minimize WIP and various other wastage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Appropriate knowledge and skills on garments finishing jobs
∎ Relevant knowledge and skills in garments manufacturing
∎ Good organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
∎ Communication skills in written & spoken English & Bengali
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
