Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Lead and drive company’s vehicle tracking solution related initiatives while working closely with internal and external relevant stakeholders.
∎ • Interface with all relevant entities involved in the vehicle tracking solution end to end cycle.
∎ • Develop fundamental processes to ensure service delivery of vehicle tracking solution covering all contact points inside the organization, customers, partners and service providers.
∎ • Serve as a subject matter expert and dedicated point of contact within the organization for any vehicle tracking solution related matters.
∎ • Work with internal teams, customers, business stakeholders to design, plan, deploy and maintainthe required tracking solution according to organizations need.
∎ • Proactively research existing and new tracking solutions with a view of achieving more streamlined process, increased efficiency and improved customer experience.
∎ • Develop, implement, monitor & continuously improve tracking solution related processes.
∎ • Act as the process owner of customer/partner journeys for payment activities and actively take part in improving customer experience.
∎ • Actively seek ways of improving process efficiency, implementing industry best practices and identifying cost saving initiatives.
∎ • Ensure predefined service levels are met with high-quality service.
∎ • Optimize processes in order to increase efficiency and automate much of the daily operations.
∎ • Research to provide regulatory and process guidance on existing and new initiatives, ensure compliance.
∎ • Work and coordinate with product, sales and development / IT / engineering team to ensure seamless service delivery and also to make improvements that increase efficiency and help serve customers better.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • 5 to 7 years’ direct experience in handling vehicle tracking related solutions - preferably at Operations and/or Customer Service end in Companies directly dealing with VTS.
∎ • High degree of ownership and commitment to work quickly and accurately in a rapidly changing environment.
∎ • Possess strong interpersonal and time management skills.
∎ • Strong operational mindset with can do attitude.
∎ • Tech-savvy with a knack for process improvement.
∎ • Willing to dive in and do what's needed, regardless of whether it's in the job description or not.
∎ • Convincing communication, presentation and organizational skills.
∎ • Self-motivated: able to work independently and think creatively to deliver results.
∎ • Good written and oral communication skills both in Bangla and English.Active listening skill.
∎ • Team oriented, helpful, professional and focused.
∎ • Able to remain calmand exercise sound judgment under pressure.
∎ • Job may require occasional visit to various parts of the country).
