Job Context:
∎ The Fleet and Logistic Assistant will be responsible to assist the IRC BD Fleet Manager to manage the Fleet Unit. In addition he will be responsible to assist the Head of Ukhiya Office to provide logistics support to conduct meeting, training, and workshop.
∎ Work Location: Ukhia/Teknaf
∎ Reporting to:Fleet Manager

∎ Expected Start Date: At Earliest
∎ Contract length: Up to September 30, 2020 (with possibility of extension subject to funding, program needs and performance of incumbent)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to the Fleet Manager to Prepare and Circulation of Weekly Vehicle Movement
∎ Assist to verify of Vehicles to ensure of IRC Fleet Compliance before its operational with the IRC
∎ Ensure accurate documentation of Vehicle documents
∎ Assist to ensure that vehicles are Departing and returning as per the schedule
∎ Assist to verify and monitor of Log Book, Fuel consumption, Vehicle Cleanliness
∎ Assist to ensure that all vehicles are equipped with necessary documents (Reg./Fitness/Tax Token/Insurance) and equipment's (First Aid Box/Fire Extiguisher/Tools)
∎ Assist to Liaise with Vehicle supplier as well as fuel Supplier in any related issue such as requesting vehicles, processing of vehicle rental invoices, Fuel invoices etc
∎ Liaise with finance to ensure compliance and payment schedules of all vehicles, fuel payments are paid
∎ Assist to enter of vehicle movement data to the prescribed monitoring sheet;
∎ Assist to conduct meeting, workshops, hiring of venue
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 year experience in the same area (Fleet) with an International NGO / UN
∎ Working experience with the Rohingya Response Programme will be an asset.
∎ Solid knowledge for maintaining of fleet
∎ Demonstrated attention to details, ability to follow procedures, meets deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members.
∎ Negotiating skills.
∎ Team-working skills.
∎ Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs.
∎ Practical experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
∎ Good Written & Spoken in English
∎ Ability to speak and understand Local Language.
Salary: Tk. 42000 (Monthly)
