Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Employee must undertake all fire and safety related activities.
∎ Responsible for Fire Drill training/First Aid training/Rescue training, etc.
∎ Conduct regular checks of physical security at the sites.
∎ Document and equipment record & checklist maintenance.
∎ Respond to any emergency situation & develop emergency procedures and incident responses.
∎ Arrange Physical Training (PT) for the firefighting team on regular basis.
∎ Must have knowledge of firefighting equipment's and different security electronic equipment's.
∎ Candidates must have ability to communicate at executive level, both written and orally, through superior communication skills.
∎ Have good knowledge on Modern fire safety, detection & protection system as per standard & also ACCORD, ALLIANCE & NFPA regulations.
∎ Handling Accord and Alliance Corrective action plan as fire, electrical and structural issues
∎ Prepare the accord and Alliance CAP as per their guide line.
∎ Handling the different type renowned buyer with their requirement and code of conduct as per local and international law.
∎ Establish proper safety plan and maintain effectively.
∎ Coordinate buyer representative or auditors in the factory.
∎ Prepare factory safe environment as per local law of the land.
∎ Handling the fire safety committee in the factory.
∎ Prepare and update all relevant register which are maintained by fire department.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, safety, hygiene and environment.
∎ Communicate with local Govt. Fire safety office.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Fire certificate from reputed institution.
∎ Proper knowledge about fire service law, labor law and national building code of Bangladesh.
∎ Proper knowledge about NFPA.
∎ Proper knowledge about Accord and Alliance Standard.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Security Management, Garments, Group of Companies.
∎ Fire license Certificates Holder is extra preferable.
∎ Must be computer literate especially with MS Office package.
