Denim Garments Finishing, Garment Sector: Denim Bottom (Woven), Production Management (Finishing), Quality Control Management, Quality Control/ Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for entire quality matters of denim, chino pant, woven & all kinds of bottom & jacket garments in the Finishing Section.
∎ Should be able to formulate the standards of Quality, and also formulate Quality SOPs in the factory.
∎ Important to developed the quality system instead of just policing job.
∎ Will be responsible for overall quality KPIs of the unit.
∎ Effectively interact with merchandising team and keep records all the instructions from merchandising team.
∎ Co-ordinate between production management team Compliance, Technical, Development and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on production.
∎ Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory
∎ Provide enough quality control seminars and coaching for company trainees
∎ Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling
∎ To conduct a pre-production meeting
∎ Doing In-line inspection to check the quality
∎ Follow up Pre- Final inspection
∎ To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP
∎ Lead all finishing quality staff and GPQ
∎ Ultimately ensure final product quality and
∎ Time to time other duties assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ FCCA and GMP Audit experience will be 100% preferable for getting the job.
∎ Must have experience in quality management of 34 Line Oven Bottom Pants Factory.
