∎ Having experience with BEST SELLER Buyer will be given preference
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire a team of workers & staff
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in finishing and quality systems.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Be able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Good planning and analytical skills
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative-oriented.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidates having experience of working with Best Seller buyers will be given preference
∎ Finishing operation control & ability to handle the inspections with external buying office audits.
∎ Have the ability to manage his team in finishing & packing with good results.
∎ Strong production leadership with problem-solving skills.
∎ Should technically be qualified & capable of monitoring day-to-day activities.
∎ Analyze the product and prepare for line feeding to get the right quality the first time.
∎ Able to follow up on shipment plans and achieve set packing targets, quick-balance finishing lines as and when required, and analyze individual worker performance.
∎ Optimize quality manpower allocation.
∎ Monitor and control the quality system.
∎ Improve the knowledge and skills of the team.
∎ Demonstration of the buyer's standard setting on the machine.
∎ Inspects machinery to detect malfunctions and directs repair or replacement parts.
∎ Update information on key operations.
∎ Must be following up on day-to-day target work.
∎ Should have to perform other finishing-related duties and responsibilities.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
