Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Management of 100% export oriented garments industry is looking for Qualified and Dynamic Finishing Manager (Garments Division) for immediate appointment.
∎ Responsible for handling Finishing Department independently with desired quality.
∎ Able to follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets.
∎ Quick balancing finishing lines as and when required, and analyzing individual worker performance.
∎ Monitor the quality system and improve the knowledge and skill of the team.
∎ Must be following up day to day work target.
∎ Maintain level of trims, accessories and WIP across the finishing floor.
∎ Capable to handle the entire finishing system.
∎ To give solution to apprehended problem during bulk operation.
∎ To be able to handle any new challenge.
∎ Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on time inspections.
∎ Ensure the daily style wise target achievement.
∎ Should technically be qualified & capable of handling different packing instructions of buyers and well experienced in team wise packing.
∎ Act as the coordinator among the different departments for ensuring continual production and shipment as well.
∎ Act as a team leader for betterment of production as well as work environment.
∎ Take preventive and corrective actions to avoid nonconformity products.
∎ To study and follow-up production capacity and efficiency.
∎ To analyze and study the style.
∎ To help and motivate workers to achieve daily production target.
∎ Design layout of finishing line to achieve maximum efficiency using most appropriate method/tools.
∎ Minimize wastage and increase productivity and optimum utilization of man, machine and materials Implement and follow up SOP.
∎ Ensure all requirements of QMS and technical compliance.
∎ Ensure all requirements of social compliance.
