Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Finishing, Knit garments
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning of daily packing and finishing operations to meet delivery schedules.
∎ Daily management of packing and folding staff.
∎ Finishing operation control & handle external & internal technical audits.
∎ Control of finished goods inventory.
∎ Managing team in finishing & packing with good results.
∎ Analyze the product packing and prepare for section feeding to get the right quality first time.
∎ Follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as and when required, and analyzing individual worker performance.
∎ Optimize finishing manpower allocation.
∎ Monitor and control packing requirement.
∎ Demonstration of buyer standard setting on the process.
∎ Achieve day to day target work.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
