Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with the production planning team to ensure the timely delivery of finished goods.
∎ Plan, execute, and monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet on-time delivery.
∎ Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the finishing department.
∎ Identify and ensure the finishing procedures during PPM of a Style, and start doing follow-up on finishing accessories.
∎ Supervise and manage all finishing operations.
∎ Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of the finishing team.
∎ Manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of labor resources.
∎ Ensure product quality and compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
∎ Maintain accurate records and reports.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and audits of finished garments.
∎ Follow up on the status of the finishing materials to avoid production delays.
∎ Organize the floor during work with standard Housekeeping for Audits.
∎ Prepare the finishing team for regular safety audits and training.
∎ Ability to maintain the finishing register properly.
∎ Identify areas for process improvement and implement the changes to enhance packing efficiency.
∎ Utilize EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
∎ Four H Group, a 100% export-oriented knitwear manufacturer, is seeking dynamic, dedicated, and experienced professionals for the position of Finishing In-Charge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire finishing operations, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement in the finishing section.
