Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Daily Attendance check in first morning.
∎ Balancing Manpower & Council workers/Staff as per daily production plan.
∎ Ensuring As Per Packing list goods are ready and inspection offer.
∎ Ensuring loading as per inspection report and PO quantity.5.Check packing list complete as per buyer requirement’s
∎ Check reconciliation report after packing list complete.
∎ Check for finishing trims in house status.
∎ Check input details and push for balance input.
∎ Idea about Production SMV.
∎ Manage and motivate production staff/workers to deliver exceptional work.
∎ To make sure all kind of finishing internal approval.
∎ Monitor Production Report Hourly basis.
∎ Attend team meeting to discuss about production status and ongoing problems.
∎ Work with production teams to ensure, cost-effective high quality and timely delivery of products.
∎ Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
∎ Work with managers to analyze the problems and develop production tasks and schedule.
∎ Plan and assign daily job duties to staff and workers.
∎ Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
∎ Provide job training to staff/workers to meet production goals.
∎ Investigate problems, analyze root cause and define resolutions.
∎ Ensure that final product meets quality standard and customer requirement.
∎ Make sure quality production as per customer standard.
∎ Monitor product quality frequently, reporting problems to minimize safety issues.
