Responsibilities & Context:
Job duration: Till 31st December, 2025, possible extension subjects to funding’s availability.
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for financial reporting (monthly, quarterly and annually Financial statement and accounts) as per RIB & RLS guidelines
- Consolidating accurate data entry into Tally Prime (Accounting software)
- Preparing and maintaining cash book, voucher, bank book, bank reconciliation, stock register, petty cash Register and other registers/ papers related to Accounts appropriately.
- Providing Administrative Support and maintaining proper relationship with project partner, NGOAB, all project employee, Bank and other stakeholders to fulfil the project requirement and for project success.
- Maintain procurement policy
- Expertise in VAT TAX as per Government rules, training on VAT TAX registration and online submission
- Undertake other duties/task as required to be undertaken for effective implementation of the project.
