∎ Bachelor degree in Agriculture-marketing from recognized university with at least two years related experience i n reputed NGO.
∎ Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh,Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent of this position will be responsible for providing technical support on marketing intervention initiated under the project and for developing a work plan to achieve the target.
∎ Organize and conduct agriculture, poultry and livestock related product marketing training to beneficiaries at the field.
∎ Ensure proper follow up and monitoring of marketing activities undertaken by beneficiaries of the project
∎ Assist the Project Coordinator (PC) in the performance review meeting with project staff.
∎ Ensure quality implementation of market linkage, product marketing related project activities.
∎ Support Community Facilitators in their skill development on marketing and self-reliance.
∎ Ensure proper coordination and linkage with market actors Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and other related Government Departments for ensuring quality service to beneficiaries.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and indent of training materials and logistics.
∎ Provide necessary information deemed necessary in decision making.
∎ Involve in any other activities assigned by the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Self-directed and able to lead a team.
∎ A mature outlook and strong commitment to work with NGO
∎ Must be skilled in preparing report
∎ Experience of networking and mobilization of local communities
∎ Strong computer, organizational and time management skills
∎ Good verbal and written communication skill in English.
∎ Strong knowledge and understanding of different government structure
∎ Ability to communicate in local dialect (Chittagonian Dialect) will be an asset
Salary:
∎ Tk. 60000 - 65000 (Monthly)
∎ As per project provision
Compensation & Other Benefits:
