Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Field Logistics Support: Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and the distribution of materials to ensure the success of field activities.
∎ Farmer Engagement: Assist in organizing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and information dissemination to farmers.
∎ Field Data Collection: Gather, enter, and maintain accurate data on project activities, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
∎ Monitoring & Evaluation Support: Support in monitoring the implementation of adaptive livestock farming practices of farmers in the field, providing feedback and reports to the project team.
∎ Field Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating project-related events, meetings, and training sessions in the field.
∎ Communication Facilitation: Serve as the main point of contact between the project team and the field office, ensuring effective communication and the flow of information.Support to Ast Manager, Animal Health
∎ Specialist and other Staff: Provide logistical and material support to specialist staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources for their work.
∎ Problem-Solving: Address field-related issues that may arise during the project, proposing solutions to ensure smooth operations.
∎ General Field Assistance: Provide general support services at the field office, assisting in the day-to-day running of project activities and resolving any field-level issues.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
