∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships union level local elites, teachers, up body and other stakeholder
∎ Experience on writing report in both English and Bengali

∎ The Sponsorship Program has started from 1st April 2025 funded by Plan International Bangladesh implemented by Association of Voluntary Actions for Society (AVAS). Objective of this program is “All sponsored children especially girls & young women will be heard, live without fear of violence and will achieve their rights.”
