Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Research Organization

• Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)

• Minimum Bachelor degree of social science faculty from a reputed college/university.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Research Organization

• Age 25 to 35 years

• At least 3 years’ experience in leading managing and implementing project on human rights especially dalit’s and marginalized people rights.

• Must have the mentality to work with violence survivors.

• Knowledge on human rights, women’s rights, domestic violence, child marriage and subsequent Acts

• Knowledge on target group selection from ultra poor communities

• Able to drive motor cycle is mandatory with having valid driving license and frequent field visit.

• Willing to live remote areas

• Computer literacy on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint will be added value.

• Able to prepare factual reports

• Good analytical skill and ability to work under pressure

• Awareness and sensitivity regarding gender issues and respect for diversity

Job Context

Research Initiatives Bangladesh (RIB), a non-government organization is looking for a dynamic Field Facilitator for the project “Strengthening the human rights and social participation of marginalised groups in Bangladesh with specific focus on women and girls (short: HOPE)” funded by the BMZ and NETZ-Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities

• Formation of groups as per the requirement of the project

• Planning and implement project activities

• Capacity building of CSOs by organising and facilitating training on Conflict Transformation, peace building, non-violent approaches and identity-based violence.

• Organising and facilitating training and meeting

• Maintain communication with all stakeholders at school and community level

• Coordination with public authorities

• Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual plan

• Support for preparation of qualitative and quantitative reports

• Maintain all sorts of documentation of project activities

• Provide support to the Supervisor for smooth implementation of the project

• Ensure gender friendly environment at all level

• Carry out any other assignments required by the organisation.

• Monthly 25000 BDT. and other admissible benefits as project provisions.

• Weekly two days holiday
