∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare day to day work plan
∎ Ensure beneficiary participation in Child protection activity
∎ Work on capacity development of field assistant, outreach worker and Volunteer
∎ Collect materials and supply in CFS center in time.
∎ Arrange weekly, quarterly and monthly meeting with the beneficiary
∎ Keep record and maintain day-to-day status of beneficiary and center
∎ Build positive and effective relationship with communities and different actors
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on coordination, monitoring, report writing, and safeguarding.
∎ Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in a sensitive environment.
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills.
∎ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, and Excel).
∎ Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills.
∎ Excellent organization, and coordination skills
