Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Sociology, Development Studies, Gender Studies etc, Bachelor of Arts (BA)
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, MS Office, Strong people management skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): child marriage, Child Protection, Community Engagement, Community Mobilization
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as a primary contact person for the project participants and coordinate their participation in the project, including follow-up, mentoring, and facilitating.
∎ Closely coordinate with local religious leaders, GO and NGO stakeholders, community beneficiaries, and other stakeholders for smooth and successful project implementation.
∎ Facilitate and organize different meetings, campaigns, and events in the community.
∎ Mobilize communities, where appropriate, to participate fully in this program.
∎ Arrange and facilitate big community events in a timely manner.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly plan and progress reports including case studies, success stories, and lessons learned to the supervisor.
∎ Ensure the safety and security of the beneficiaries throughout the event and meetings.
∎ Follow the safeguarding policy and other policies associated with the organization.
∎ Perform any other related duties or responsibilities that may be assigned by the project team.
∎ Provide technical support in reviewing and designing curriculum for training manuals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Community Engagement, Community Outreach, Experience in liaison work with government officials, Gender and Child protection

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
