Classroom teaching, Monitoring and Reporting, TOT (Training of Teachers), Training Facilitation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as a focal person for the Let's Learn to Read (LLR) project and will coordinate the overall implementation of the project
∎ Organize and facilitate monthly training for the teachers
∎ Ensure quality classroom application of Let's Learn to Read (LLR) strategies through follow-up, mentoring, and facilitating
∎ S/he will provide additional technical support to the primary school teachers & and other stakeholders for the proper implementation of the project
∎ Provide technical support in reviewing curriculum & and organizing instructional materials for training
∎ Closely coordinate with the local Upazila Education Office, and primary school teachers for smooth and successful program implementation
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly plan and report
∎ Perform any other related duties or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor such as assisting in other Education-related activities in the project area
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Knowledge about Education Policy, National Curriculum, Instructional Strategies, Literacy skills & classroom management techniques. Strong communication and people management skills. Community engagement.
Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
