Responsibilities & Context:
- Support company leadership and supervise field Staff's Regular activities. with ensure field staff satisfaction.
- Handling basic office tasks, for Field Staff such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
- Arrange Staff meetings. and Ensure the facility operates in compliance with all Field and Office communication.
- Monitoring and visiting Field Staff to evaluate their tasks and improve service Quality according to the client’s requirements.
- Developed a staff communication system that ensured proper implementation of provider services that meet our client's needs.
- Continually maintained and improved the agency's reputation and positive image of the services the Receiver & Provided.
- Encouraged creative thinking, and problem-solving, as a supervisor to improve morale and teamwork Achieved high staff morale and retention through effective communication, prompt problem resolution, and proactive supervisory practices.
- Routinely collaborated with Field Staff to correct problems and improve services.
- Supervised and managed the attendants' Overall assigned tasks to meet our client's needs.
