Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support company leadership and supervise field Staff's Regular activities. with ensure field staff satisfaction.
∎ Handling basic office tasks, for Field Staff such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
∎ Arrange Staff meetings.  and Ensure the facility operates in compliance with all Field and Office communication.
∎ Monitoring and visiting Field Staff to evaluate their tasks and improve service Quality according to the client’s requirements.
∎ Developed a staff communication system that ensured proper implementation of provider services that meet our client's needs.
∎ Continually maintained and improved the agency's reputation and positive image of the services the Receiver & Provided.
∎ Encouraged creative thinking, and problem-solving, as a supervisor to improve morale and teamwork Achieved high staff morale and retention through effective communication, prompt problem resolution, and proactive supervisory practices.
∎ Routinely collaborated with Field Staff to correct problems and improve services.
∎ Supervised and managed the attendants' Overall assigned tasks to meet our client's needs.
