Responsibilities & Context:
1) Monitor Field staff. and maintain work integrity.
2) Field Visit (inside Dhaka) according to the requirements, ensuring each new client receives & understands their care plan
3) Keep regular updates and build good relationships with both clients & care staff
4) Conduct a monthly meeting at the office premises for the caregiver and others
5) always providing great customer service
6) Reviewing performances & identifying staff training needs
7) supporting care staff with training needs & organising mandatory training
