Responsibilities & Context:
1. Group Formation and Member Recruitment
Identify poor, underprivileged, or potential individuals within the designated working area.
Inform them about microcredit and entrepreneurship development rules and regulations to form new centers or groups.
Encourage eligible members to join and participate in savings schemes according to organizational policies.
2. Loan Disbursement and Assessment
Verify loan applications and assess members' actual financial needs and project viability through field visits.
Distribute microloans or entrepreneurship loans to eligible members through proper procedures.
3. Collection of Installments and Savings
Conduct regular weekly or monthly center meetings at the field level.
Regularly collect loan installments and members' personal or group savings, ensuring proper receipting and documentation.
4. Creating New Entrepreneurs and Providing Guidance
Identify micro and small-scale entrepreneurs at the field level aligned with the foundation's core objectives.
Provide preliminary guidance on business ideas and monitor the proper utilization of loans.
5. Record Keeping and Reporting
Accurately enter all field-level transactions into ledgers or digital systems/software.
Prepare daily or weekly transaction statements and submit reports to the Branch Manager or relevant authorities.
6. Training and Awareness Building
Raise awareness among members regarding entrepreneurship development, business management, income-generating activities, and social issues.
Ensure member participation and play a coordinating role in training programs organized by the foundation.
