Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in (Agriculture/Fisheries/Livestock) or graduate in any discipline with minimum 2-3 years' experience in agricultural or livelihood programs.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Problem solving and decision making

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the farmers group, organize and conduct training on crop production technologies
∎ Provide continuous agricultural technical support to the farmers
∎ Technical support to farmers on homestead vegetables gardening in six production systems in Rohingya camps
∎ Provide assistance to Local Service Providers (LSPs) within his/her assigned Unions/camps.
∎ Assist/conduct participatory Market Chain Analysis (PMCA), Sub sector analysis in collaboration with farmers' group, develop a business plan for each group and aggregation center;
∎ Assist farmers group in increasing crop intensity and involve in agricultural innovation
∎ Provide data for documentation, monitoring and reporting and develop monthly report in prescribed format;
∎ Update farmers profile, production prediction, economic return of production and initiative by farmers' group;
∎ To promote farm mechanization & diversification (crop, livestock and fisheries), judicious use of water resources for irrigation, post-production activities, and Good Agronomic Practices (GAP); High Value Crops (HVC)
∎ Promote financial inclusion for farmers' group by promoting access to agricultural credit, savings and its reinvestment in profitable activities;
∎ Facilitate farmers' groups to link with Aggregation Center and strengthen Aggregation Center Management Committee in consultation with Market Development Officer;
∎ Facilitate farmers' groups to initiate Digital Village Center(DVC) and link farmers' groups with Aggregation Center cum digital village center;
∎ Data collection on homestead vegetables gardening in the host communities and Rohingya camps;
∎ Regular coordination with SAAO.
∎ Perform any other tasks as required by the supervisor/management;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Market literacy/leadership, agricultural production/results oriented experience.
∎ Effective communication and relationship building with buyer, seller and DAE/DLS/DoF.
∎ Problem solving and decision making for the farmers' group.
∎ Basic computer literacy on MS-Office.
∎ Practicing gender and cultural diversity.
∎ Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team through android phone/smart phone/computer etc.
Salary: Tk. 27000 - 30000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ As per project provision.
