Educational Requirements:
∎ Primary/ Secondary School Certificate in any discipline. Experience can be relaxed if highly competent (Eight Pass).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop screen frame as per job order/ design at dark room timely and ensure designs quality as per sample.
∎ Tie mesh fabrics with screen frame perfectly.
∎ Keep communication and coordination with designer.
∎ Assure collecting the production materials of screen print.
∎ Mixing color for screen print accurately.
∎ Check and assure the products quality during production process and after production
∎ Preserve the screen frame and other materials with safety.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge about screen print, production process,
∎ Knowledge about color, chemical, frame making and printing process
∎ Skilled in fabrics, measurement, fabrics type
∎ Demonstrated ability to think technically, prioritize and meet deadlines in a complex and challenging environment; must be culturally sensitive.
∎ Ability to operate in a complex organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams.
