1. Having a motorcycle is a plus point
2. Having a mentality to travel anywhere
3. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Ride sharing company will get preference.
4. Experience in working with Driver Partners, preferably in a field-based role is preferable
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential drivers and build relationships.
6. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
7. Must be willing to adapt to work in changing environments as per organizational need
8. Basic computer skills (e.g., Google Sheet, App Use)

As a Field Acquisition Executive at our company, your role will be focused on building and expanding our network of drivers. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around meeting drivers, explaining the benefits of our platform, and onboarding them onto our system. Your success will be measured by achieving daily and monthly targets for driver onboarding. Additionally, you will provide information about our products and services, process driver information accurately.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Finding drivers through fieldwork

2. Find and meet a new potential driver who has a smartphone and independent driver guide them through the registration process, and provide necessary information and convert them to be Garibook’s Driver.

3. Address driver’s questions about our platform, services, and registration procedures.

4. Offer accurate and clear information to build trust and encourage driver participation.

5. Gather and process drivers` personal and vehicle information accurately during interactions in app.

6. Ensure precision in recording this data for driver registration and verification purposes.

7. Act as a connection between drivers and the company, promptly sharing relevant information or issues with the concerned department.
