Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily F&B operations, including restaurants, room service, Banquet/Meeting Room.
∎ Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff.
∎ Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and service standards.
∎ Ensure exceptional guest service and handle complaints professionally.
∎ Monitor guest feedback and take necessary actions to improve service.
∎ Develop and implement new menu concepts and seasonal specials.
∎ Prepare and manage F&B budgets, cost control, and revenue targets.
∎ Monitor inventory, stock control, and waste reduction.
∎ Optimize pricing strategies and manage cost-effective purchasing.
∎ Train, and manage F&B staff to uphold service excellence.
∎ Conduct performance evaluations and implement staff development programs.
∎ Collaborate with marketing teams to promote F&B outlets and special events.
∎ Develop innovative food and beverage promotions to increase revenue.
∎ Maintain the highest levels of hygiene and safety as per hospitality norms.
