Experience:

• At least 1 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing

• At least 1 years

• Age 22 to 35 years
• Only Female

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• 6 Month to 1 years of experience in fashion design (preferably in an export-oriented garment factory).

• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD, Emails).

• Knowledge of fabric properties, garment construction, and pattern making.

• Excellent ability in using modern designing applications and software

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Must have good speaking and writing skills in English.

• Research global fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and trims for upcoming seasons.

• Create innovative designs, mood board, sketches, and tech packs, concept presentations, and sample collections for buyers.

• Collaborate with merchandising and production teams to ensure design feasibility and ensure quality standards.

• Maintain close relationship with the marketing and merchandising team to create ranges for all customers.

• Research fashion trends and market demand

• Work closely with buyers to align designs with their requirements.

• Ensure designs meet quality, fit, and compliance standards.

• Select appropriate fabrics, embroidery styles, color palettes, and embellishments.

• Follow market trends and provide input for seasonal collections.

• Conduct regular research on competitors and fashion trends (local & international).

• Collaborating with technical designer to ensure development packages are accurate.

• Design & develop knit fabrics for buyers

• Negotiating with customers and suppliers

• Any other responsibility assign by the management.
