∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Boutique/ Fashion
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having deep interest and knowledge on categorize and forecasting the fashion clothing trends for different gender and age group in Bangladesh keeping in mind various festival and seasonal sales opportunity.
∎ Capability to create and supervise continuous design development for new products.
∎ Capable of creating hand-drawn sketches, designs, flat patterns, technical drawings, and other required art or illustrations during the process of design developments.
∎ Work with design team to create best-selling styles for seasonal collections.
∎ Research market trends to understand new fabrics, colors, silhouettes, fits, washes and accessories for any new product.
∎ Ability to analyze tastes of various social segments as per purchasing capability and define different range of products for them.
∎ Ability to make popular and best-selling styles.
∎ Having sufficient knowledge on fabric types and fabric sources related to ethnic/ handmade fashion garments.
∎ Having workable knowledge on our culture and selection of design pattern used for clothing products.
∎ Having experience on sourcing of fabric, accessories and other materials required for garment production.
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Any educational certificate from related field of work will be considered as added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
