Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development of new design from idea generation to final product.
∎ Conceptualize, create and help to execute season wise.
∎ Understand the different fabric qualities / pattern making / fits / technical aspects of garment construction.
∎ Knowledgeable to understand and design the seasonal embroidery, print and other seasonal embellishment inspiration.
∎ Ability to understand the seasonal color trend and material trend.
∎ Should have wide knowledge about global fashion trends.
∎ Ensure the timely and successful design and development of products in line with the customers' requirements.
∎ Researching latest fashion directions & trends in the market and competitor activities
∎ Coordinate with key personnel involved in production of knit, drawing and cutting patterns and constructing samples for finished garments
∎ Assembling seasonal forecasts and creating designs to feed the demand
∎ Identify target markets for designs, looking at factors such as age, gender and socioeconomic status
∎ Review fashion magazines and manuals in order to gather information about fashion trends.
∎ Able to work in illustrator or any other fashion design software to develop sketches for ladies, men's, kids garments, embroideries, prints and accessory details
∎ Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors and shapes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years

∎ Skills Required: CLO 3d Design, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
∎ Expert in 3D apparel design software
∎ Fluent both in English & Bengali
