Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
fisheries and fish Medicine, Fisheries sector
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing, organizing & supervising whole biofloc/ fisheries farm.
∎ Take responsibility to regular operation, feeding and medicine for the fishes of the plant.
∎ Assist with all aspects of aquatic fishing production, care for fish in the fisheries and hatcheries.
∎ Conducting and supervising the fisheries and hatcheries to identify diseases or parasites and treating diseases found in fish populations. Assisting the fisheries and hatcheries to improve spawning, setting, growth rates and disease prevention.
∎ Supervising and providing related aquaculture training to fisheries and hatcheries workers.
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
∎ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to a variety of audience.
∎ Stay up to date with latest market trend of aqua related feeds, Pro-biotic products, medicines, chemicals etc.
∎ Maintaining a good relationship with the key persons of the fisheries and hatcheries.
∎ Promoting of selling aqua products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
∎ Develop the market of fish selling.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
