Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound technical knowledge in sweater Manufacturing factory.
∎ Inline FRI conduct based on AQL table.
∎ Capable to identify problem and solve quality issue, ensuring good quality
∎ production and on time deliveries.
∎ At least 10 years work experience in sweater manufacturing garments factory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area's.
∎ Production, Quality Control/ Audit /3 rd party handling /American retail customer
∎ handling and well experience of their SOP.
∎ Minimum 5 years of managerial/supervisory work experience in the sweater
∎ manufacturing garments.
∎ Strong leadership with good and effective management/organizational skill in
∎ leading a team of quality.
∎ Capable to communicate with customers and factory team smoothly.
∎ Understanding the Total Quality Management (TQM).
∎ Fluency in English along with computer literacy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
