∎ The Factory QC and Admin Officer will play a dual role, ensuring product quality and managing administrative tasks at the Munshiganj facility. This position is vital in maintaining Frontier Pet Foods' reputation for reliable and premium products.
∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ Quality Control (QC):Implement and monitor quality assurance systems at all production checkpoints.
∎ Conduct physical examinations of raw materials and finished products to meet company standards.
∎ Collaborate with the production team to reduce rework and improve efficiency.Document and report quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
∎ Administrative Duties:Oversee factory operations, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
∎ Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance records.
∎ Coordinate procurement of raw materials and supplies.
∎ Assist in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
