Responsibilities & Context:
To follow up in all stages of production in the factory from sample making to shipment.
To collect P.O. / Order sheet from concerned Head office Merchandiser / Department
To keep close contact with central store to know the actual In-house status of all relevant production materials and inform the same to factory Management in well ahead.
To follow-up accessories in-house status in the factory and keep factory management informed on the same.
To closely work with factory management to execute the planned production.
To coordinate with buyers Q.C.In case of any shortage and delayed in-house of any accessories, should talk to central merchandising as well as factory Management in this regard to get it solved ahead of production.
To follow-up Cutting, Print & Embroidery work properly to ensure smooth production.
To do production, washing, and finishing the follow-up to ensure the planned production.
To arrange & monitor the Buyers inspection before shipment & collect the Buyer`s inspection certificate.
To hand over buyer inspection certificate to the commercial for proper shipment arrangement.
To monitoring & follow up on all the Shipments scheduled.
To prepare all necessary reports and submit the same to all concerned merchants as well as factory Management.
To follow up the company`s & Buyers indicated laws & regulation & thereby maintain disciplines in all stages.
