Additional Requirements:
- Age 28 to 45 years
- Minimum at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety standards, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, organize, and oversee factory production operations.
Ensure production meets quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Manage production staff, including supervisors, operators, and workers.
Optimize resources to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Implement safety protocols and maintain workplace safety standards.
Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams.
Prepare production reports and monitor KPIs regularly.
