Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Production and on time shipment as per planning.
∎ Achieve daily weekly and monthly production with best quality and must have knowledge on every section of Woven production.
∎ Responsible for maintaining Cut to ship ratio up to the best possible level, responsible for good piece production after receiving cut panel to packing. (Zero finishing return).
∎ Workers & Staffs turnover, migration and absenteeism rate has to maintain and control as per the industry good factory standard.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men, machines & materials to capitulate higher productivity.
∎ Ensure proper Man Power budget & recruitment.
∎ To prepare and monitor production plan weekly, monthly and quarterly basis; monitor and work with merchandising to ensure all materials are in-house and approvals are all received.
∎ To make necessary arrangements of training for the subordinates in order to increase production capability by following modern production procedures.
∎ To advise the Production Manager to follow the production schedule
∎ To take responsibility during an audit by the buyer regarding compliance issues
∎ Responsible for execution of all production work of converting inputs into outputs as per buyers' instructions.
∎ Closely work with planning and IE team to meet on-time shipment schedule.
∎ To monitor sewing, finishing and packing reports and ensure shipments are made on time.
∎ To ensure production daily targets are meet, and will be responsible to achieve the production target.
∎ Inline & Midline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Must ensure all proper documentation of all activities in the production & Quality are arranged, as per industry and buyer standards and maintain daily follow up.
∎ To take necessary measures with the HR & Compliance Dept. in order to uphold human rights and development of human resources
∎ Maintain and uphold the individual and department/section KPI [Key Performance Indicator] in all aspect of SQDE [Safety, Quality, Delivery and Efficiency].
∎ Daily reporting to DMD & Director.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the concerned authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Must have problem solving and analytical skill.
∎ Minimum 10 years working experience in Jacket Manufacturing factory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Padding, Quilting, Real down, Fake down, Seam selling Jacket Production.
∎ Able to work independently with tight deadline and deal with work procedure.
∎ Strong leadership and team management and skill
