Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acknowledgment of the order quantity in advance for making the production plan and to liaise with the Management and to give necessary directives to the Production Team regarding the production plan.
∎ To give necessary directives to Production/Sample team to make a sample of a particular buyer in order to get the approval of mass production.
∎ Having a clear idea about the quality of garments and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that garments can be made an exportable stage.
∎ To implement price-controlled policy in every stage of production, so that production cost is reduced.
∎ To make necessary arrangements of training for the subordinates in order to increase production capability by following modern production procedures.
∎ To advise the Production Team to follow the production schedule.
∎ To take responsibility during an audit by the buyer regarding compliance issues.
∎ To take all necessary safety measures in connection with the production.
∎ To ensure the duties and responsibilities of subordinates as vested on them according to the organizational policy.
∎ To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team.
∎ Arrangement of briefing, training, coordinating, controlling and taking the timely decision.
∎ To take an active role while formulating the policy of the factory.
∎ Responsible for machine wise Production & RM planning and to ensure on time availability of materials in the floor.
∎ Responsible for production people management, regular training of the production supervisors, operators & workers.
∎ Coordination with all related departments in supply chain service line.
∎ Direct all team members to meet production target for each production shift, daily and yearly basis.
∎ Ensures adherence to cost control measures and leading, process specifications and quality standards.
∎ Identifies bottle necks in the production process and balance the production line to achieve target.
∎ Ensure good housekeeping and maintenance of factory regularly.
∎ Establishes factory compliances and maintains appropriate security measures for the safety and security of plant and employees.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ At least 5 years working experience as a Factory manager in the relevant area.
∎ Should have basic ideas of repair- maintenances of the machineries and should be capable of getting the repair maintenances done in time.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on carton/ box/Garments Accessories and related products designing and sample making based on given data.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on carton making papers, their specifications, related chemicals and all other auxiliary materials and Garments Accessories as well.
∎ Good motivational skills.
∎ Strong team player with proactive interpersonal skills.
∎ Result-oriented, hardworking and a strong desire of success.
∎ Have excellent knowledge on MS Office (Word, Excel, internet conversant).
