Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure achievement of company's financial objectives through planning, directing,controlling, implementing, evaluating, monitoring and forecasting to meet the production target.
∎ Responsible for day to day production & Maintain quality production to fulfill the customer requirements.
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of men, material for optimum productivity.
∎ Report on productivity, materials, inventory to the management.
∎ Responsible for Total production to Execution with efficient planning and on time delivery
∎ Preparing MPS (Master Production Schedule), MRP (Materials Requirement Planning),SPC (Statistical Production Control) and implementing the same.
∎ Development of company's long-term operational plan, establishment of operation and factory's annual budget.
∎ To maintain the Code of conducts to meet customer's requirement.
∎ Preparing Production planning & Delivery schedule for timely delivery.
∎ Liaison with several departments to ensure smooth operation and achieving the target effectively & efficiently.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management.

∎ At least 04 years of relevant experiences in any Mobile Phone/ Electronics Products producing company.
∎ Able to maintain effective communication with the Sales and Operation team in order to meet the target.
