Job Responsibilities:
∎ To deal customers directly through telephone/ electronically (Facebook)/ face to face.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
∎ Handle and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
∎ Provide pricing and delivery information.
∎ To receive and deliver defective handset from customers and maintain database through ERP.
∎ Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
∎ Organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
∎ Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
∎ Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
∎ Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
∎ Record details of actions taken
∎ Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
∎ Maintain customer databases
∎ Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
∎ Follow up on customer interactions
∎ Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 years of relevant experience in any Mobile Phone supplier company will get preference.
∎ Should have sound interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written
∎ Problem analysis and problem-solving ability.
∎ Data collection and ordering capability.
∎ Able to work with stress for long hours.
