Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cut to Pack GARMENT Production Planning and control.
∎ To prepare production schedule in collaboration with the merchandising department.
∎ To monitor and control all production process in sewing/cutting/finishing section.
∎ To keep close eyes for achieving production target in order to implement the production schedule.
∎ Production Line Planning, Target Fixation, Hourly Monitoring etc.
∎ Timely production completion and shipment delivery in compliance with customer standards.
∎ Controlling garment production cost as per company policy.
∎ Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
∎ Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
∎ Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
∎ Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
∎ Motivating the team members to continually achieve factory targets.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have 03 years’ experience in the same position.
∎ Working experience with all type of Lingerie under Wear & Knit Products.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Planning & Industrial Engineering, Material Quality- Elastic, Fabric, Thread & others.
