∎ At least 10 years of relevant working experience (essential); (Denim Bottom)
∎ Good organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills;
∎ Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar role in the garments sector.
∎ In-depth knowledge of production, Planning, Process optimization, and quality control in the garments Industry.¨
∎ The applicants should have experience in the business area(s): Garments (Woven, Bottom)
∎ Proven track record of successfully managing a garment factory.
∎ Strong Leadership and team management skills
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision making.
∎ Incorporate update production system& equipment at factory ensure product delivery start.
∎ Especially, the Experience of Buyers like ; Kontoor, otto ,LPP, ZARA, Up-to-date knowledge of QMS,
∎ IE, and lean tools; Knowledge of updated machines and equipment;
∎ Strong work ethic in work;
∎ Reporting skills, and computer skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make sure about the good quality of products, delivery, Installation.
∎ Maintaining production schedules, assessing buyer’s requirements for on time delivery.¨
∎ Regular inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.¨
∎ Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
