∎ Skills Required: Distribution, Good Computer Knowledge, Production, Production planning, Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask

∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Factory Operation, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure production plan (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and annually) and ensure production as per plan & market demand and report to Head office.
∎ To prepare import plan, requisite & ensure availability of RM/ PM /Spare Parts as per production plan.
∎ To ensure production quality as per company's standard, and supply to market as per demand.
∎ To reduce wastage level/ Process loss as per SOP's..
∎ To ensure zero market complain.
∎ Monitoring & ensuring the periodic & timely execution of activities to assure performance of all machines and equipment's across the factory.
∎ Carry out regular inspection of all machines & equipment's & keeping service records / logs of all day to day installations / repairs / maintenance etc.
∎ To Recruit new manpower, monitor & utilization them for maximum productivity.
∎ Prepare Monthly Production report, Material Consumption Report, Yield loss report & FG Delivery report, Inventory report etc. and monthly performance status and send to Head office within 03 days of following month.
∎ Co-ordinate project works including renovation, expansion, modification or upgradation of factory machinery.
∎ To maintain liaison with corporate office for all aspects and also maintain good relation with local regulatory body & EPZ.
∎ To ensure proper house Keeping in every aspect of the Factory, Ensure timely payment of all utility bills.
∎ Responsible to generate different kinds of SOP's and strong implementation
∎ To carry out day to day administrative work in Factory,
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Any other work assigned by the Management.
