∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing production reports and submitting them to Top management
∎ Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards
∎ Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets
∎ Responsible for overall production operation
∎ Acknowledgement of the order quantity in advance for making the production plan and to liaison with the management and giving necessary directives to the production manager regarding the production plan
∎ Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues
∎ Coordination with Production and QA departments for ensuring product performance and quality as per set targets and standards
∎ Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards
∎ Optimally make sure that manufacturing units improve on the standard efficiencies in terms of Machine efficiencies, material yields, labor and overhead costs versus budget
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men, machine and material to ensure productivity
∎ Prepare manufacturing plan and policy guidelines to drive the performance of key result areas on production activities and continuous implementation monitoring.
∎ Responsible for ensuring process operation within permissible limits, cost control and efficiency improvement
∎ Reviewing production schedules and to ensure that deadlines are met
∎ Coordinating between different departments such as production, Maintenance, quality, accounts, store, etc. for ensuring desirable performance.
∎ Supervising department heads in scheduling the actions according to priority and as per company requirements.
∎ Practice conflict resolution among Departments and Employees.
∎ Ensure the following of Labor Laws, industrial safety, social compliance, and human rights standards in the factory.
∎ Communicate with top management directly when need any issues arise.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-4 years experience of production manager and managing a complete production plant of managing at least 50 employees with factory administration.
∎ Working in a Plastic PET/PP/PE recycling plant as a Plant head will get an extra advantage.
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
∎ Team management ability
∎ Report writing, Presentation & Interpersonal skill
