∎ Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Factory Manager or similar role in the garments accessories industry (experience with gum tape preferred).
∎ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
∎ Expertise in production planning, inventory control, and process optimization.
∎ Sound knowledge of quality assurance and health & safety standards.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage overall factory operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality control.
∎ Supervise and coordinate the production team to achieve production targets and deadlines.
∎ Plan and implement production schedules while optimizing resource utilization.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams for timely raw material supply.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and labor standards within the factory premises.
∎ Conduct regular inspections to ensure machinery and equipment are maintained properly.
∎ Identify and resolve production challenges promptly to minimize downtime.
∎ Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for operational improvements and cost reduction.
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management.
∎ Lead and motivate factory staff, providing training and support as needed.
