Education:
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering / or relevant field (Master’s preferred).

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 35 to 45 years
  • Strong knowledge of sewing, cutting, finishing, production planning, and quality control.

  • Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making, cause and effect (root cause).

  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP-based production systems.

  • Sound knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and labor law.

  • Report writing and presentation skills.

  • Able to work under pressure.

  • Strong Communication Skill in English.



Responsibilities & Context:

Four H Group, one of the largest knitwear manufacturing industries in the country, is currently looking for energetic and experienced Plant Managers to lead operations across its factories.

  • Direct and coordinate overall factory operations in line with company policies and procedures.

  • Monitor production planning and execution to ensure the timely shipment of orders.

  • Ensure product quality control and implement corrective actions when necessary.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and positive work environment for all employees.

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with buyers, auditors, visitors, the local community, and other stakeholders.

  • Establish and nurture a strong relationship with the local community and stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular plant meetings, identify operational inefficiencies, and take corrective action in coordination with department heads.

  • Perform monthly analysis on production, quality, cost, and manpower performance and share action plans with subordinates.

  • Communicate with the head office for issue resolution, decision-making, and approvals.

  • Monitor manpower attendance, skill levels, and allocate resources for optimum output.

  • Ensure ethical practices and compliance with labor laws and buyer codes of conduct.

  • Follow the guidance & SOP of different retail customers as required.

  • Review profit and loss performance and initiate improvements as necessary.
