Job Context:
∎ FARMERS FRESH Ltd. (FFL) is a Specialized food processing and preservation center situated at Bhola, the largest island district of Bangladesh. Looking for some candidates for the following positions.
∎ Workplace- Work at Factory, Bhola
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directing and running optimum day to day production operations of the plant of Multi-Purpose Cold storage along with Fish, Fruit and Vegetable processing unit through coordination with CEO.
∎ Planning production and storing schedules to facilitate sales order and organize product distribution accordingly making liaison with store department.
∎ Ensure the smooth and smart storing operation of Fish, Fruits, vegetables. and other related products.
∎ Generate the new idea of storing regular basis.
∎ Ensure the operation of Machine making liaison with Machine Room.
∎ Overseeing production and storing process and minimize unnecessary costs and wastages using lean management and six sigma tools.
∎ Reviewing the production and production process on a regular basis to ensure products' high quality.
∎ Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant hygiene and safety legislation & requirements.
∎ Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports of other department of Factory and other reports as required.
∎ Review and recommend proposals for transfers, termination of staff of the factory for necessary action.
∎ Appraise the Annual/ Periodic Performance of the team members.
∎ Approve monthly work plan, leave, expense bills, per diem etc. of all staffs of Factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 3-4 years experiences in Fish processing or cold storage will get preference.
∎ Have to stay at Factory
∎ Males preferable.
∎ Good knowledge in MS word and Ms. Excel
