Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in and Masters in Food Science and Technology or Nutrition and Food Science or Food Science and Applied Nutrition or Food and Nutrition, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering and Food Technology or Food Science and Quality control or equivalent subjects with 5 years experience in same position
∎ Post Graduate Research in Food Science and Applied Nutrition will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, factory managment, FMCG Production, managerial work, Quality control, Worker Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Factory managers has to play vital roles in action planning, production, operations and quality management of food and consumer products.
∎ To supervise the entire unit of workers and to oversee plant operations.
∎ To ensure the safety and quality control issues of the production perfectly by following industry standards/standard operation of procedure.
∎ To supervise factory or plant operations along with a technical team and several peer groups of an organization.
∎ To plan for production activities, production meetings, machine maintaining schedules, worker schedules, requisition maintenance and maintenance of distribution schedules.
∎ The whole industrial production has to be managed by factory manager associated with a particular plant department. The safety measures have to be followed.
∎ If there are any quality related issues, the factory manger has to find out the reasons and ensure that it is not be repeated.
∎ Factory manger has to collaborate and meet with other managers. Liaison with the financial department is of much significance.
∎ Ensuring that the daily production target are fulfilled and the schedules of supply chain are followed accurately
∎ To Manage the worker activities, their duties and monitor it that the workers always abide by the safety rules associated with the industry.
∎ To attend the scheduled corporate meetings and training.
∎ To conduct performance reviews of employees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ He must have direct knowledge about production line and must have sourcing knowledge about row materials.
∎ Factory manager must have expertise about product composition & knowledge about formulation.
∎ The knowledge and skills of a factory manager include good leadership skills. He can give good motivations to every worker to do their best at work.
∎ He should have good interpersonal relationship and communication skills both in oral and written.
∎ Factory manager has to be a good decision makers of analytical and operational actions.
∎ He must have to possess an outstanding managerial skill. He has to be a very open-minded who can practice equality.
∎ Factory manager will be a excellent in multi-tasking and in charge of both in the administrative and managerial aspects of a factory.
