Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Factory Key Representative (FKR) supports Gap International Sourcing (GIS) Quality initiatives at the factory level through processes monitoring; product capability evaluations; performance reporting; bench marking best practices and training factory staffs.
∎ The FKR performs clear objective of improving overall product quality as measured through final inspections,

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes within the apparel/non-apparel industry and specific knowledge for relative category.
∎ Ability to create reports, provide analysis and recommendations to improve quality.
∎ Communication skills- both written and verbal - in English and local language.
∎ Strong risk management and trouble shooting skills; works proactively.
∎ Ability to influence all levels of factory management.
